Just looking to make this short and straight to the point. Looking for a bulk dealer. Not looking to pay more than $3 an upgrade. Must have a decent background, etc. I'm willing to go first to somebody who is 100% legit and can supply a bunch of proof. I can use western union, but fees will not be taken by me, if wanted I will include them into the total. If there is some certain payment method, I can almost guarantee the fact that I will be able to supply you with it.

Edit: Note that I want these sooner than later so it might come to a point where I just don't want them anymore.
