I bet jagex will do....

I think jagex will bring back the wilderness, and a few weeks later say something like "they have been some issues and we need to bring back our old system of bh +pvp worlds and limited trading" . I think they are in this for the votes only. Thoughts???!!??!?

 

Nah, they'd lose the majority of their players which is what they want to avoid. In the first place, the only reason they're re-introducing Free Trade and Old Wilderness is because they're profit has gone down since 2006 and know the reason why.

i think it'll take at least a month before its back, its a massive update and lots of things have to be thought through and changed...
but once it's there they can't really get rid of it... that would just be suicide...

That's stupid. This will be perhaps the most discussed update in runescape. If they're making an official announcement on monday then the update itself should in the next week/2.

They won't. The problem is them bringing it back, in a reasonable amount of time.

 

People are just being paranoid, once they bring it back, they cant withdraw it entirely.
It will have to take years before thinking something like this again, but why lose so many players for some petty votes?

 

So the amount of profit has lowered while the amount of players has nearly doubled? doesn't make any sence :/

 

They are just trying to break a world record with votes, so they thought, if they held a vote to bring back the wilderness, they would attract more players & if they broke the world record, they would attract new players for more MONEY. It makes sense, right?

 

I hope they DO NOT bring it back, it would be the biggest troll in online history

trade and wild won't come back, don't get your hopes up. And for those saying - "if it doesn't come back alot of people will quit and jagex will lose cash" do they fucking care? they did it once they can do it again, and no one will quit, becouse people played those 4 yrs without it and they will still play it , only the ones that came back MIGHT quit again , but not the people who played before the vote was announced.
