help verify paypal?

got a quick question about paypal. i went to cvs a little while ago and noticed they had pre-paid visa debit cards. the only charge i saw was the $4.95 activation fee. so i was wondering if i could buy one of these cards for $4.95 and add it to my paypal account so it gets verified? any information will be useful, thanks

 

You can but you have to wait.

Go to www.vanillavisa.com to find the PP code after a few days.
It'll only give you 2k sending limit tho.

 

make sure it's not a green dot visa.
those can't be used with paypal because they're USA only.

And adding a prepaid visa to a paypal should add a 5000 limit sending and recieving (so 2500 of each)
It does NOT verify your account, the only way to do that is to signup for a paypal credit card or to link a bank account.
