Explanation of the trade: About a month ago, we paid him $1000 USD LTC for $1347 CAD interac transfer, we didn't get it for 8 hours then our account proceeded to get shut down, upon shutting down wise emailed us they would cash out the remaining of our balances to the bank account linked, which ryguys $1347 CAD was not included, when we emailed wise they said they never got the transfer and requested information from ryguy to help locate it, ryguy has not give this information for almost a month now.
How they scammed: We don't know if he got refunded instantly or not, but he's not helping locate the transfer with information wise is asking for and it's been a month and it hasn't automatically been refunded to him yet (that we know of)

Sadly theres been no updates from him on a refund for almost a month and wise won't help because we can't supply the information they are wanting from him.

 

He has been responding to messages about it he's not ignoring, just does not want to provide the information necessary for wise to locate his transfer

It's possible it's been refunded to him to which he says it hasn't but other gold sellers that use wise have said it would of refunded to him instantly

Hello please let me know anything you wohld like from this, i will go as far as screensharing my whole bank for any mod on a call right back to that date. Xero is asking for my bank information to get this refunded, i told him im not comfortable with that at all. Ive never dealt with wise so im not familiar with them, I have not got a refund, secondly I was talking to him and @CozyCoaster so not sure why hes lying there. Let me know anything you need or if youd like to jump in a call. Please be patient as im not to familiar with sythe!

 

Not everything can be resolved with just screensharing your bank wise does not accept that as proof, the money is lost if you haven't got it refunded the money never came to us you still have a duty/responsibility to help us be able to receive it

We're asking you for the information wise is asking us for and it's been confirmed by about 3 other gold sellers and google that what they are asking us to get from you is not sensitive information you need to hide

You can't just say you've sent it then be finished with it if we never got it lol.

 

Ive called my bank and they said DO NOT give a 3rd party your bank information like they are asking for. You are harrassing me and sending me screenshots(then deleting them) of slanding my name people asking you if they can trust me. I have my whole conversation with the bank saying i havent been refunded recorded. E-transfers dont just get automatically refunded, even the bank said that wouldnt happen. I did my part and sent the transfer for you and now 2months later you are saying the money came back me? This whole situation is uber sketchy.
P.s ive replied to him and @CozyCoaster the whole time; theyve just had an ego issue with me since months ago lol ive got nothing to hide

 

Yes @Pikachu email and irl name. I sent the interac at beggining of Feb. Did multiple transactions for them and now theyre saying this one got sent back to me. It doesnt happen, e transfers just dont work like that. They are sending from a 3rd party account and dont even reside in Canada lol

a lot of hearsay but maybe wise is asking for your account information to wire the money back to you because interac can't do refunds apparently?

 

My bank said the most they will need as is my email and name which i will gladly provide! If that isnt enough, sorry.. im not giving someone who hates me my direct deposit information. It wont happen

Most ill do (like ive told you) is try and make a wise account today, ill mention the fake name you guys used on your wise account and see if they can locate it, then ill see if they can send the money back to me.

The wise account was a verified business account under cozys LLC using his real name and verified with his real ID

 

Also have phone recordings with my bank
- pictures of multiple transactions ive done for them
- pictures of us constantly argueing over nothing
- will provide anything needed please let me know.
