Kinda Scammed?

I was buying an acc from FejknicK i said i would take the autowin off $25 he said ok. than i saw at the tread that he sold it to some one else afther i even said in the tread i took the autowin....

Maybe he didn't want to trade with you .

It's never good to just assume he scammed.

This sort of thing happens all the time.
If I were to get a better, faster offer I would take it.

 

afther i took the autowin and autowin is that you auto win the acc isn't it?

That just means he isn't true to his words. Don't trust his a/w's in the future.

 

If he got a better offer, he'll take it. You didnt lose anything, so the scam is non existent.

His honesty however is in question.

haicoo, a autowin doesnt mean the seller has to sell the account to you, say you were going to buy it for the autowin but he wasnt on and then someone else offer the A/w he would obviosuly take the guy that was on at the time i can see how this confuses though

There is no rules on A/Ws, they can accept another guys offer anytime anywhere.

It's not scamming, but it's defiantly bad mannered trading. In most online trading communities it's looked down upon and people avoid trading with members who do it.

Autowin is auto win for a reason.

There is a general rule which stems right out of the word "Auto-Win". You can't outbid someone who said he'd pay the a/w price. Just like if you and someone else make a trade agreement, it's bad mannered to go ahead and trade with someone else instead, even if they offered you a better deal.

@haicoo It's defiantly not scamming, but you're right to be mad about it.

 

Well said. It's bad mannered, but nothing illegal, and we don't have binding sales like Ebay.
