Do you ever wonder where the fuck do JaGeX get all these names from, Armour names, Weapons, NPCS, Places(varrock,camelot,falador,lumbridge). makes me wonder sometimes lmfao!

from a bit of google searching i found..

Varrock, is a type of stone.
camalot is a city, famed by King Arthur if im correct.
lumbridge is a Mill
and falador is a mythical city.

the rest, you can find

 

Neitiznot is a play on words as Neit is not in some language as well as Jatizso is because Jat is so in the same language.

Draconic Visage literally translates to Dragon Face in french, look at what the item is.

There's all kinda things like that on scape.

 

You know that's a good question. I wonder where they could even come up with the idea of a runescape.

 

Have you ever noticed how if you want a dragon scimitar, You have to run through a 5 mile tunnel with zombie monkeys TWICE, simply to become a monkey. Than you have to kill a huge ass green dragon-demon that can cast magic spells on you -.- .

Those guys are insane, I mean look how silly they are they took out the best part of the game and took them years to realize it was a mistake. They probably take some acid and write a quest lol.

Edit: oh and if you want mith gloves. You have to feed a bunch of random people there favorite meals. Not to mention all the adventures you have to PRE do. lmao

Andrew, the creator of RuneScape tried to make a game about escaping.

He bought the domain, www.RunEscape.com.

But he didn't like the idea and it failed, so he made RuneScape instead of RunEscape.

I think it's to do with their arguments in the Fremenik quests or something, not another language.

 

Well from what I can see they use different languages for some of their items.
I suppose you just need someone with a creative mind and they will come up with names easily.
