I'm not sure where to really post this or what the outcome is supposed to be. But I wanted to get an admin involved. Apologies for formatting I am just posting this from mobile right now.

I had purchased a maxed 50 attack infernal pure account from @Aires.

A few days after buying I decided to get services done by @Keith from Expos Services. I had some services done on a previous account and had purchased GP previously before from him and trusted him to do services again for this account.

Everything was going smoothly until today I decided to look up my pure on high scores while it was logged on and saw that it was at 84 exp (2 def). I messaged about it on their discord where there was a ticket with the worker and innediately he denied it. I reset my password and booted him off the account to check and when I logged on noticed it was almost 3 def. When I mentioned it the worker denied it and tried to basically say it was not them and someome must have had access to the account. I don't understand how that could be when it was only the worker and I playing on the account. I have not leveled up and played on the account since they started services. I was basically told that the worker has never had issues and works on other pure accounts. I feel there should be some sort of compensation as I trusted my account not to be ruined or leveled up in def. They knew it was a pure account. They are not taking responsibility and I wouldn't intentionally ruin an account I paid a couple hundred dollars for.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

This job has been completed since the 15th and you didn't make any complaints or ask any ADMINS to investigate the situation... Not to mention you confirmed completion of your order... Running to Sythe doesn't always solve your problems.

If Mods need access to the ticket transcript or anything from my end just lmk. This could've easily been handled outside of Sythe if it was brought to my attention but I'll let it be handled here ig.

I did bring the issue up to Flipsi and Step in the ticket channel they were tagged when I saw the account was raised to 2 def during service.

I accepted completion because I understand mistakes happen and I was going to move on and have the rest of the service finished by another worker. But thought about it more, I just don't think something like this happening is proper, especially after mentioning it a few times I did not want def exp and the worker was aware the account was a pure.

I could have messaged you before posting here but I made the assumption it would be brought up by those I tagged.

Sure, we can go that route and I see that in your TOS.

However, I don't think it should be acceptable to absolve all responsibility behind TOS. Maybe this is the first time something like this has happened with your service, but you're responsible for the quality of your workers and as a customer I shouldn't have to worry about this occuring.

I can see you're not even interested in offering a solution, I don't trust your services anymore.

 

Would've been if you made this report in my server instead of running to Sythe so you could try an degrade my rep. So now we will wait to see what the mods have to say since you wanted to run here to the saviors. Lol

Now by him logging in to the account, how are we going to push the blame on my worker for leveling the Defence?


I'm asking one question, why did you violate our rules and guidelines?

 

Just a heads up the imgur link you posted didn't work @DeadpoolCool. With that being said there's not much that can be done here due to the lack of proof provided to back up these claims and on top of that with you logging in mid service and breaching their ToS it makes it nearly impossible to prove who was behind this (not accusing you of framing them, but just saying that to say from an outsider perspective there'd be no way for us to tell) and turns this report into a he said she said argument, so while I know this outcome may seem unfortunate to you, ultimately it's the fairest outcome given the current circumstances. If you have anything that you may deem as conclusive evidence to state otherwise, then you're more than welcome to create another report with that evidence being provided.
