The account is verified. The bank PIN was incorrect however I am sure it might have been a typing mistake.

I would expect whoever buys this to have an MM/OMM check out the bank beforehand but as of now I see no reason for the bank to not be what he claims it to be.

I strongly advise against allowing an O/MM log into the account. I've lurked enough of PMod account sales to see that Jagex monitors their moderators very closely. If suspicious IP flipping occurs, or if they can tell enough from the sales pics, they strip the crown. Adding a third IP to the mess will almost guarantee a demotion.

The best way to verify PMod accounts is to use Teamviewer.

 

Teamviewer can be arranged, although i am convinced that is paranoia

 

It's not hondacivic i own a pmod account if u dont use teamviewer and u let omm log on u also need to send a query to a jmod saying ur about to go on a extended vacation but haven't decided were too yet
