I recommend scanning your computer with MalewareBytes + Spybot Search and destroy. IN SAFEMODE.

Install both, restart computer. Press f8 until new menu come sup.
    Go to safemode
    Let it load
    Scan with both.

    Done, safe. Your welcome :p

    Do what christmas cracker said.

You can do things with his I.P, but it is against the rules of Sythe to be 'hacking'

The best way to rid the problem instead of scanning and taking forever is to format the computer.......I've always use scans to rid of viruses but in all actuality they never really get deleted permanently from the hard drive there more or so maintained.

    Formatting will take forever.
Plus you will need to get all your old programs + update your computer etc etc
    Will take a lot longer

    I keep getting hacked

This process does take a long and quite bothersome time but it gives your computer a "fresh start" and a 0% chance of any old viruses being on their.

Makes me laugh when people think you can "do things with his IP"..........

makes me curious to know why 99% of the time people only say like "hack his IP" ,"Backtrace it", "omg he lives on 19th ave, w/e city" when thats his ISP's location..

    Silly kids.

Thanks for your contriburion, u seem like a nice person
You CAN do stuff with some1's IP. It just depends on the target & your knowledge.

    For the OP:
    Removing a virus isn't hard.
Either you run stuff as safe mode (or as normal mode, in safe mode the virus wont be running, and the antivirus might overlook an non-active virus). "ComboFix" is an extremly powerfull virus scanner, You might wanna check it out.

Although, you should prevent viruses more then removing them:
Make sure you have an run-time antivirus (that scans a file as soon as its downloaded).
Use an keyboard encryptor - Like keyscrambler.
Get a bank pin on rs (cant log that).
Get an advance firewall (like zonealarm).
-> A firewall is not really to stop connections from the outside, but from the inside. A firewall will ask you to grant a process internet connection. If you download a clean auto-typer but your firewall says it makes internet connection, it a virus.

Using a different client won't stop you from being hacked if you have a keylogger/virus. You need to download some sort of antivirus and get rid of it. I recommend AVG.

    I keep getting hacked

avast antivirus and malwarebytes. run them. spybot is also good for loggers. and i have even ran that hitman pro. it works good. if u cant install and update malwarebytes in normal mode THEN u will need to boot in safe mood. if u can install/update theres no need for safe mode.

Proof: i run a computer repair store for 10 years.. malwarebytes is your BEST friend!

EDIT: also i may add that u need to run windows update and make sure all of the newest ones are installed. also make sure your using the newest version of your web browser. ex: firefox/IE 8. also one more thing. if u install spybot make sure tp update and immunize.

    I keep getting hacked

    Hi,

Please go to run, then type in msconfig

Once there go to startup and uncheck EVERYTHING

Don't worry it wont harm your computer. the actual things your computer needs to start wont show there. That will stop the spyware, trojan, keylogger to not load upon your next startup. Then download an antivirus software such as spybot search and destroy or Malware Bytes and run a scan. I also suggest downloading Ccleaner and running that was well afterwards.

you do not know what you are talking about.. u DO NOT clear your whole MS config startup. theres important things that run in there like your antivirus and legit software they may be required to startup for things to work properly. (wireless, Printers, Itunes helpers) so following this advice could cause u alot more problems then u want. MSCONFIG is for advanced users only. you have been watching to much you tube son.

Also, most viruses can re-execute themselves after being closed/shutdown.

EDIT: You CAN do something to his ip.
DDOS it nonestop. Cause him to get a new ip. Then what.. nothing :(

most top rated ISP's and new routers can fend off ddos attacks. SPI!

Stateful Packet Inspection (aka SPI or dynamic packet filtering) is a firewall security technique. SPI inspects the contents of packets, monitoring traffic, including a history of the source of packets. Then it applies administrator-defined rules to traffic coming to a LAN.

SPI closes ports until legitimate users request them opened. SPI prevents certain kinds of Denial of Service attacks. As such, SPI is a useful part of a more comprehensive security plan for your network.

An example of SPI: When the router notices pings over a certain time from the same address, the packets are dropped.

Another example: SPI allows a router to know if the packet source address is inside a LAN. If an attack is launched from the WAN using an internal address, a non-SPI router would slow, being unable to tell where to respond. SPI routers compare packets to previous packets, and drops those violating the rules.

    * SPI increases network performance in some cases, since it allows fewer packets to pass.
