Does 2 defense affect much?

I just did the Blood Pact quest, now my pure is 40-66-2 lol. Is it too bad? Haven't played RS for ages, so I just started botting.

 

Nope. Don't sweat it at all. When you max a pure it can have 3 defence with no combat difference. Many people do it on purpose!

 

Might as well start over. You ruined it.

I'll totally consider that. If anyone asks me how defense I have, I'll say 3. They'll proceed with calling me a noob. I say but I'm also maxed out. Let's see who's the noob! Haha, thanks a lot guys.

Off-topic: Any clue on what monsters I should bot on with 40-66-2 in P2P? I wanna max Strength before attack.

 

Rock crabs/experiments for sure. For experiments you need to have started the 'Creature of Fenkenstrain' quest.

 

Or if you want to make money the warriors in Al-Kharid are good exp/money. Just pick up all herbs.

 

Some pures just go ahead and get 5 defence for the steel armour which doesn't affect much, but 1 cb level for a lil better armour i guess is how some pkers feel about it.

 

personally i would restart... 2 isin't as appealing to me as 1

I think you are fine man, i know plenty of pkers who accidentally used controlled or something, and managed to get 1 -3 defense levels. Mistakes happen, its not like its in your high scores anyway?

 

Yeah, it's fine but psychologically, it's gonna be taunting. Seeing 2 isn't just as pleasing as 1 :/

 

That's what I was afraid of. I'm planning to purchase a VPS soon and I'm gonna create a new one while I play around with this guy.

 

Sorry for being random but what are the benefits to making a pure.

 

More damage output at a lower combat level.


Anyway OP, the only thing it'll do is possibly lower the value of the account. It'll still be fine for pking though.
