    Ill have to agree with this. Activity is not the entirety of why someone is chosen, in his case he has demonstrated himself a competent and friendly/respectful around the forums for the most part, and he would be a responsible choice. I think he will be just as surprised as anyone else, which contradicts the idea that he got it by "sucking up"....
