Xbox 360 Games?

Hey guys, I'm currently getting bored of Halo Reach and Black Ops and am looking for a new game to get into. I like online play and would prefer something that offers Xbox live as one way to play the game. My all time favorite time of live gaming was halo 3 but no one seems to play that anymore so now I'm looking for something similar to it, but halo reach is completely different. Anyways, if you guys got any recommendations please post here as I'm going to run to Gamestop this weekend to check what's out.

Play some Gears of War 1. Shit is old and you'll probably get scraped, but it's really fun when you get good.

Also NHL 11 is preee fun.

 

I have Gears 2 and really didn't enjoy it. I have a ancient version of NHL and that would be pretty cool to update. I want something for live though, what's the most popular sports game that is played on live? I also don't mind shooter games as I want something as close to as halo 3 matchmaking as possible.

You could always buy a Kinect?

 

you could try medal of honor or battlefield bad company 2.
both have great online play, but not many people play them

Fable 3 is a great game as well, but not sure about it's online play.
Fallout new vegas is fun, also not sure bout the online play.

 

Have a Wii really don't need a Kinect.

 

Try the fable series. They are pretty fun to play, and have a good story + lots of content.

 

Mass Effect 1 and/or 2? Both are great games. Satisfies the sci-fi feel, it's partially a shooter, and is long enough to hold your interest with good progression and leveling (it's an RPG).

You could try Madden or NHL with their most recent iterations. Both are popular.

For an online shooter, I can't think of much honestly. It's kind of meh right now, nothing good is out.

 

Fear 1 and 2 Epic Games personally! That or try Prototype

 

You should try Mag, or battlefield bad company those are pretty good online shooters. Also if you like sports Madden 11, NCAA 11, FIFA 11, and MLB2k11 are some fun games.

 

Halo 3 was the shizzle when it was new/everyone was playing live... oh well

 

I would advise checking out Rainbow 6 Vegas 2. Really solid game, it's a bit old so you'll be able to pick it up for under $20 also.

 

Fallout New Vegas, No online play but Its such an addicting game.

 

Nba 2k11

 

Assassins Creed Brotherhood.

 

Get some XBLA games, they can keep you busy for quite a while.
Trials HD, Splosion Man, N+, Super Meat Boy.

 

You might aswell wait for homefront, Ik its not the best looking game but it will probably keep you entertained until another big release.

 

Mlb 2k11 coming out next week. Supposed to be very good.
