Back from long Absence to WoWPS

I stopped playing WoW Private Servers shortly before the release of Wotlk. At this time, they had released the Death Knight starting zone but had not fully scripted the spells for the class.
I do not currently have the money to start WoW retail but love the game. So, will someone with more experience tell me this; what is the game progress like?

Can we get 100% scripted quests all the way up to Wotlk? Are there servers with fully spawned vendors that run exactly BlizzLike? I know that we are still to early from Cataclysm to have those quests fully scripted, but what can I expect with Wotlk?

 

Servers that are scripted as the normal game are very hard to come by, just because of the fact that nobody wants to take the time to do it. servers are basically you spawn at 60/70/80/85 (depending on the expansion of the server), and you can buy all your gear, talents, skills, etc right at your home area where there are portals to the various areas that have been scripted.

There are also some servers that have leveling servers, but instead you just level like 10x faster. they will have like one of the 1-20 zones all scripted, everyone will spawn there, and you will be full leveled by the end of that zone, where you will then get your gear, portals, etc. such as the other private servers. If you don't have the money to start retail, i'd suggest you just wait until then, if you want to experience the exact feeling.
