Account upgrade question

I've bought an account upgrade and when i've tried to insert it i get this

Incorrect Payment Window for PIN.


Tried to switch between SMS/Phone and still didn't work. Any ideas?

 

An account upgrade in when someone does it for you. It sounds to me like you bought a pin instead.

 

I thought we weren't allowed to say pin on forums, yes its a pin.

 

All that means is it falls under a different payment option. Try all of them.

If you brought it from someone else, chances are you got scammed.

Have you tried putting in area code/country code infront of your phone number as well as chose the right country?

 

I'm thinking of a scam, hope he comes online and solves it.

 

It is going to be difficult to figure out what it is without him confirming. There are far too many options.
