Ban all relations with Spyike?

When I was viewing the forums and clicked on a link which the Admin posted it redirected me to 1227.com. They are all scammers and phisers.

 

Surly spyike wouldnt of posted the hyperlink. Report the person and post to spyike and he'll sort it.

 

Tell me who it was and I will try to sort it out with them.

 

Basically, I was one of the Admins there but they demoted me and I really don't care if this is leaking but I remember Spyike posting a thread in the Admin Lounge called 'Miserable Users'. All users that are annoying, cause disruptions, harrassing and constantly seeking attention. These users would have slow internet, being directed to 1227.com which is clearly a virus and not being able to post due to the slow internet connection. They have a list and I think I might have been added, still 1227 is the Admin over there. He can do anything.

remember tho guys, every1 is innocent until proven guilty. someone should look into this tho incase it is true, to stop fellow sythe members being attacked.

 

I can vouch for one part, when I had a mishap on that site, and tried to sort it out, I was having my account deleted, then eventually they stopped, and started redirecting me to that page: 1227.com

Thank you Karl. When I first saw the thread, I didn't understand but I thought the redirect bit was to a rick roll site. I didn't have AVG back then but I still check out 1227.com and it was a saxrolling site. I even saw the mod in ACP called 'Phreaks Miserable Users'. I guess Spyike approved 1227 of doing the redirect so Spyike totally had something to do with it. Also, spyike has been away I've been told.

 

Phreaks miserable users. Thats an oxymoron considering what hes into.

Spyike hasnt been on Sythe for 20+ days either.

Tmoe/SuF are still admin there. Possibly ask them?

I think you should just report it to the staff over there, I don't think that I should be banned for being a member of those forums not including the fact I'm inactive.

I also have a feeling the mod was removed as I no longer see it in the admin CP. Although I do not know and I'l ask Phreak about it.

 

1227.com is NOT a virus, it just makes the screen change position.
NO support, Spyike is a great guy and his site is nothing but a little competition.

You won't be banned but I tried reporting an issue last time about the Staff being unprofessional, Spyike said that he would talk to them. After that still no improvements, so I doubt that this will work.

Check the Upper Lounge [ARCHIVES] or the Admin Lounge [ARCHIVES] you should find a thread about it.

Spyike is a great guy and I don't mind if his site is competition? Also, AVG begs to differ.

 

How the hell do you know that it isn't a pseudo-alert? AVG is far from foolproof.

 

Going to just end this before it turns into a flamefest down the line.....
