Hello, I was wondering is it forbidden to use Sythe trough VPN tunnels/Remote computers? In my work i am around 12 hours a day connected to either different VPN tunnels around the globe, or to 10-20 servers via remote desktop and i am using Sythe from those aswell. So am i allowed to do that, or should i always disconnect all connections just to use sythe? I remember seeing someone banned because of VPN? Or am I mistaken? And I am not talking about proxies now.
You can use it. Usually it's people who sign through a vpn that raises suspicion and gets a ban. But you should be fine.
We can usually tell when a member is on a VPN or regular address. The staff will get a little suspicious if we only see Proxy/VPN I.Ps (As Cosrob mentioned) so you may be asked to post from a home address, etc but it should be fine.
We dont sought to ban users because of using proxy's or VPN's, its normally only a contributing factor if we have a suspicion of a user, its no worries.
I ban all brand new users on VPN's. Also any older sythe members who just happen to pop up after 2 years magically out of thin air. Otherwise you should be fine.
