I'd say an estimated $15. You could also order it through our website, and since you can only order until level 60, simply add up the levels and divide out into 60, order it that many times over.

It's a one day processing time, plus if you checked any of the options that slow down the orders, they usually slow down the order, so 9 days would be somewhat accurate. However, sometimes the number of days can be inaccurate depending on your account.

The price is adjusted to fit both the very easy and the very hard. There's going to be a new form soon where you input information and it calculates a more accurate price. For now we'll just get more than your order. So order 25M if you want 50M and 50M if you want 100.
