currently 52 smithing and i need 70. what is the fastest way, thankyou.

Cost Efficient: Gold bars with smithing gauntlets

Only two I can think of atm.

Plate bodies at your level is the most efficient way of leveling but can be quite costly.

 

I used steel platebodies until 62, mith kites until 68, mith plates til 79, addy warhammer till 88.
you could just do the highest type of arrowtips you can make and it will be cheaper.

 

He only needs 70...

But you could do steel plates or iron, and maybe mith kites like this guy says ^
