I'm not sure where this belongs.

How do I know that after I buy an account with an OMM, that the original owner won't recover it somehow? I've heard accounts where the original still managed to get their account back due to IP discrepancies.

If it's there Account, they can recover it no matter what. I highly suggest you trade with someone trustworthy. If you're using a OMM, ask for a Recovery Test. They can still recover it, but better off having the details. Like I said, I highly suggest you buy from someone trustworthy. All the best.

Hippety, thanks for the reply. Can you elaborate on the recovery test? I'm a little new to underground RS terminology.

The recovery test an OMM does is when the seller gives the OMM all the details and he see if they are right by sending in an appeal and if they are he will give the correct details and you trade on from there.

The risk you have to take is that at any time the original owner can recover there account then you will be stuck a "recovery war" so trade with trusted users that won't need to recover it.

    Good luck trading.

any acount with original info can also be recovered with any ip

if u want to make ur chances better of that not happening, buy from a LEGIT well known guy on sythe.

Honestly buying an account on sythe is risky. The majority get recovered even a year down the road. If your going to buy one, buy from someone like luctser slota or kera koka colo or w.e his name is store. They just make starter accs and sell them and from my experience they dont get recovered.

Is there a legit list of sythe account sellers? I'm in desperate want of a mid level pure but they cost too much to risk buying from just anyone.

Look for high vouches, donator ranks, etc. Usually high post count as well. Also check the join date of the seller and search their email on google and see if anything about scamming pops up. Also make sure the account has no registered email or recoveries and have an omm do a recovery test. Thats really your best bet. Even with that, there is still a chance of recovery.
