Disputing Infraction

Today I received an infraction from @Hahanerd for the following alleged offense:

1. Any vicious attacks aimed at anyone not willingly partaking in the Spam Forum. This excludes factual/evidence discussion. Staff will decide what duration constitutes a full leave of absence from the spam forum. (If the member is/has been particularly active this may be as long as 3 months.)

My comment was directed at @BlackBlasses as a joke. I have nothing against the guy.

The reason this infraction is invalid is as of 3:19 PM Eastern Time @BlackBlasses has 18,822 posts and 2,686 in spam forum. 14.27% of his posts are in spam forum and I can’t see how this doesn’t make him a party who willingly partakes in spam forum. If 2,686 posts doesn’t dictate a willing participant what does?

This is not the proper place for disputing infractions. @BlackBlasses last Spam Forum post was over one year ago, which makes him an inactive member of the Spam Forum. We have decided not to ban you from the Spam Forum, but rather give you a simple infraction as a reminder to read the rules.
