Paypal issues

I can't find the "send as gift" option on my paypal.
i Have used the "Payment owed" option before, but some people doesnt accept that.

My paypal is verified and all...

Some1 know what the problem is?

 

It's under the personal option on send money.

 

If it doesn't show up just send it as Payment Owed and put "payment for virtual goods already received" in the notes..
that's actually better than sending a gift payment.

 

Sometimes there is no gift option for people.

 

I think it's due to the way you set up your account. If you followed this guide you would have no gift option:

What I suggest is to make new paypal account.

 

Might depend on your country / type of paypal account. Try sending them an e-mail or call them.
