I need your advice on what to do with my account. My current stats are:

91 attack
99 strength
75 defence
95 prayer
94 mage
94 range
94 hp

115 cmb

Im around 79 dung now and im ficed on getting rapier. I like to do everything in Runescape.From hybrid pking, to edge pking, to doing PVM. Latly ive been hearing there is no point in staying 75 defence in 2010 of runescape and I should just max out my account with 99 attack and strength. I'm
not aganist the idea, but lots of people say 99 def is boring for some reason.Should I get 99 def/99 attack?Give me your advice. I also hear its easier to pk/hyrbid on a maxed acc then it is to on a maxed 75 def acc.
What should I do and explain.

Stay current stats, Max out, or maxed 75 def?

 

If you can get 99 attack, after your rapier.

That's a perfect account for Pk'ing.

Even with 70 attack 70 defence you could easily hit up MB as long as you have turmoil.

After attack (if you choose to get 99), get 99 magic as it heavily helps with hybriding.

 

It may be easier to brid on a max, but 75 def may be more fun. Hopefully when old wildy comes back, not everyone is skulled instantly and you can dh pk again - (used to be my favorite)

I don't know what does and doesn't protect over rapier, but you're gonna have a lot of fun with it - hybrid IMO is the most fun and occupying, though I don't know how to.

It's up to you though, hybrid fights at max cb = same thing over and over again, where at lvl 115 you still have an advantage over some people if they were to be a "main" and have even stats at 90 or something like that.

 

99 attack, 99 Mage 99 range and 99 hp. I personally hated raising defense. It's good if you can kill good monsters like Abby's. I'm still 98 defense and 600k until 99. I would recommend maybe 80 defense. It all comes down to you and what you want. Good luck.

 

i would recommend keeping 75 def (at least for now). i say get 99 att/hp/mage. this should hold up quite well and you can always change your mind and get 99 def in the future if needed.

 

im guessing maxing out would be good in some cases because you would never have to right click to attack people in the wild again, and you could tank better
