Agreement To Pay Hunt3r Back

Myself and Hunt3r have made an agreement that I will be paying him £5 or £10 per week until the full £52 is paid off.

My next question is, when will I be unbanned? Would it be possible to be unbanned after the first sum of money (providing Hunt3r agrees to that?).

I am sure you will agree I am of no threat towards the community as it has been over a month since the initial scam report was filed, and I have kept a clean record since then.
