Look at the levels, you have the scroll option there <.<
that was removed like a year ago.
Also, the "Cat" text looks edited.

Im surprised no one tried highscoring the account... the name 'cat' is on the highscores with 70 cooking 68 fishing and 31 thieving

 

On a side note, Name is in full caps, Yet when I add it to either friends or ignore list it is not shown as 'CAT' but as 'Cat'

Yet his picture gives his current Sythe user at the old interface from a year ago.
I think there has been enough evidence presented for a ban.
