Someone is claiming he got scammed by Usfine ?

usfine is legit, end off, i know from my own experience....

Your arguing skills are at par with your shitty company and god awful English. Actually I wouldn't even be as generous to call it English, more like mashing your keyboard and copying and pasting the same sentence over and over.

It's quite clear that you won't pay the customer the money you owe him so why don't you close this thread which is just a terrible attempt at clearing your companies bad reputation.

You should of sorted out the Account Details. Pay back his money. Next time, please don't trade with these ignorant fags. Try running a customer service, once you've developed some English.

You purchased the account from another user and failed to test the information provided. When someone purchases ANYTHING it it the buyer's responsibility to make sure that everything is safe. You sold the account without making it secure. I, and everyone else, agree that you should refund the users. Why do you make a thread to ignore everyone's opinion, unless they agree with you.

In my opinion, if Usfine did not pay to advertise here, you and all the other representatives should and would be banned. Your business is terrible, your service is terrible, your policies are terrible, and it is obvious that your customer service is terrible. Refund the user or stop posting here, your only response is "You don't know and I don't know". Stop slacking, do work.

 

IF your telling the truth, NO he should not be payed! if he attempted to sell an account to you, without legit info.. that's just rediculous.

Why buy from a failure of an Asian company when you can buy from trusted sellers like Tijn, R2, and Ham who will give you a good deal and fast delivery.

 

but USfine is not a good sythe , they told me that my order will take only 4-6 days and it took him 2 weeks and just got 12m.. my order was to get 20k rune darts witch are about 38m.... they got me 12m and didnt refund me and they said i changed my account password!..

 

Sorry for not relating to account selling (bought MS mesos) and being new here, but I would just like to add on, that it is true about how usfine refuses to give refunds and have ridiculously bad customer service operators as they can barely speak English. Most of the time they copy and paste specific phrases with spelling mistakes to me.
When I call them out on the copy and pasting they respond No.
When I ask when is the refund department they say in 8 hours. I go back in 8 hours...
usfine: They are on vacation
Me: You said they were gonna be here 8 hours ago
usfine: Oh, they aren't open right now
Me: But you just told me they will be open.

The 5-10 minute transaction in the FAQ section is a lie. When asked about refunds they dodge you. What kind of business is this company trying to run. I am disgusted.

Your site is pathetic, and that's being nice. It might be good if you updated us, told us accurately how long orders would take, and not make excuses for orders that take longer then expected. Also, your customer support staff are rude and narrow minded.

Fix the above, and maybe I'll return, I've already have 1/1 bad experiences from you.

 

I say first off you use some of this money you gyus are getting to get some english lessons. Second If this did happen then no you shouldn;t pay him if he cant recover the account.

 

First, if you agree to pay him, then you pay him. That is how things should work. However, before you buy the account he should give you all original information and you should do a recovery test.

I think you are both at fault A: Your bad buying/selling practices. B: Him selling his account to you.

 

You need to pay him, its your fault. You didnt test the recoverys and everything out 7-14 days of time doing that, you guys are lazy or something. But legit people even frame you guys too that may be part of the problem. A few USFINE "People" added my msn and asked if i needed things but it was obviously fake by emails and etc. But you should pay him his money back it was your fault, you shouldve checked over everything first. And by seeing it you need to get your reputation up and clear this shit before it gets out of hand with your "fradulent mistakes"

 

First off, pay him. You guys obviously are not smart enough to realize that 75% of the people that sell to you, recover back. You guys think you get the bargain end of the deal; newsflash you don't. You get screwed more than 75% of the time because you're not smart enough to do recovery tests. I.E you scam someone for a level 135. You're all like, "哈哈，我們被騙的小菜鳥". Then the week or two goes by, and it gets recovered. Obviously, you guys can't come to your senses and realize: you're fucked. Should learn to run a business first. Oh and also you can't even use Google Translate right, because you've never even heard of a space-bar. Back on topic: You either pay him, or you'll more than likely get banned off of Sythe for even making this topic. You're honestly making a fool of yourself, and nonetheless your company.
