Leveling my account and help me?

I have an account right now. I have a couple of questions.
1.) I have 20 atk 30 str and 56 range. what should i gain for pvp? i wanna have a good account so i can pk with my friend that is going to show me the ropes.
2.) i have 79 wc. When should i cut yews? and where? i am in non member for now but when should i cut yews because i wanna make money but i dont want it to be slow.
