I am sure he didn't mean to but I want the upgrade I payed for. I attempted to contact him with no success so here it goes.

I purchased 2 account upgrades a little ways back for 6USD+ fees which was what his thread terms agreed to and guaranteed the upgrade within 24 hours. It's been a few days and he said he upgraded both when obviously only 1 was.

Admins/Mods PM for the video of the payment. He then PM'ed me what the account upgrade #'s were. (Pin numbers) I logged in 1 account and it had its upgrade, logged into the second and it had nothing. So I continued to log into the runescape home screen and attempt to place the pin he said he did onto my account. When I attempted to place it, it said you have not used this pin within the correct time period. Proving he never used it on my account.... Feel free to go into my PM's for the info.

All I wanted was what I payed for, now I have to go through this annoying process... Blue if you are reading this I have still yet to change the info of the account you falsely upgraded feel free to make it right and I will drop this immediately.

We need proof of

A) The trade
B) You paying him
C) Him not being a imposter.
