    paypal help!
    I just made a paypal account can i instantly start recieving money from people? like can people just start sending me money or do i have to do something?

    You can start recieving money, but sending it means that you have to get credit card verified.

    It depends which country you set your paypal up as. Mine being from Australia can send and receive money, but the ones from America can only receive money. What the Americans have to do is add a gift card or credit card to remove the sending limits.
