Scam Report: Drrizzzy Drake

Hello. About 2 and a half days ago I bought an upgrade from Drrizzzy Drake and sent him the payment. He never really got back to me, after the 24 hours I asked where the upgrade was, and he said that there was a delay. Which I was ok with but I was getting other services done on my account because I wasn't going to wait 40+ hours for an upgrade. So I bought an upgrade from Matthew905 because I was f2p. Matthew905, great upgrade seller, within 2 hours pmed saying that he had put an upgrade, and I checked and he had put the upgrade in. This was before Drrizzzy even told me about the delay. Then he after 48 hours, I guess Drrizzzy had logged onto my account and said that there was 30 days worth of membership, and he thought that this was his upgrade. He said he was "100% sure he had put a upgrade in my account" which he was just saying this because I already had membership on my account. Then I told him I had bought an upgrade off Matthew905, then he said that I couldn't get an upgrade or a refund now because of this. Which is not fair because me buying an upgrade off someone else shouldn't be an excuse to take my money... That isn't a fair terms of service, especially if you plan on taking 40+ hours.

Either he can choose to refund me or simply supply me with an upgrade. It is up to him.. Here is the proof:
