Maxed 30 Def Turmoil Pure or Maxed 1 Def Pure

What are your opinions on which is better? Ofc not fighting each other but for their own levels.

 

With the levels gained with 30 defence it simply isnt worth it, its better to stay 1 defence and stay lower combat.

 

Maxed 30 def turmoil, with wildy coming back there you will not be getting 300k loot when the person you killed was only risking 100k. Maxed turmoil is what 106 cb? At that level you will be able to fight mains and zerkers and dominate them resulting in better loot as they tend to risk more.

 

instead of 30 def turmoil you might as well get 40, so much more armor and only 2.5 cb levels

 

And vengeance and full barrow gloves.

I guess it depends on why you PK. If you're like me and PK for fun, then one def is always fun to fight because there are far less 0-0 specs when fighting people your level.

If you want cash, go ahead and go for the Turmoil pure. You'd be risking less too, since you'll be an adamant while fighting people in Rune + Toktz and whatever else they might have.

I personally don't like 30 def pures, though, because 40 defence is required for Lunar Diplomacies (if I remember right).

 

i vote turmoil. and get 40 defence for the obvious reasons. barrows gloves and veng!

 

well turm is no good for staking so make it a pker, zerker will be the way to go

 

Make a 1 def pure for pking, then if you get bored or suck at it then make it turm pure because if you get defence you can't turn it back to the pure.

 

And by experience , having a bit of defense makes you win more, as adamant can block 2h hits. Some defense &turmoil WINS

 

Start off as a 1 def pure, if you like it then keep it. If you want to move up though finish drag slayer then move onto mm and dt. Honestly in my opinion I think 40 def with turmoil, veng, and barrows gloves is definitely worth 2.5 cb levels.

Thing is, when I pk I mostly hybrid, edge pking is way too boring w/o dh/vesta

 

I'd say go for 40 or 45 dude, the armor is way better, and I don't know exactly, but it couldn't be too many more combat levels.

 

Honistly if you think about it yeah pures are fun okay, but if you watch some turmoil pk vids compared to pures, turmoil pures can do just as much as pures, but they have a bit of defence to help them not get combod, and ovc you will have turmoil gaining an advantage over the others....Go for 30 def turmoil pure, if you need help pm me your rs username, ide gladdly train with you xD

 

30 isnt a good option might aswell get 40 and id rather stay at 1def, i love being at the lowest lvl as possiable

 

I turned my maxed 60 att 1 def 52 prayer acc into a turmoil 30 def 78 att korasi pure, its 100+7 cb and I absolutely love it.

It was 81 cb.

Pked 3 ags and several claws so far. Kids are tard at that lvl. Only thing thats annoying is zerkers with chaotic maul.

 

Turmoil is lame, its just something that has helped destroy runescape. I was perfectly fine with smite/whip/dds, 1 def for sure people that get 30-45 def are just a smidge away from being a main I hardly consider them pures at all. Think about it 100+ combat? Thats not pure at all.
