Good stats for a mage tank staker?

right now i have 1 1 48 and 37hp what should i bot my mage up to?

 

99 magic, 80+ hp, 70 defence. KEEP 1 PRAYER.

 

if u get ancients u need 11 prayer

 

try to get reset after you get ancients, and then you can max out at 99 mage 10 hp with the ability to barrage

 

How much money would i have to spend from 1-94?

 

don't get ancients.
keep the 1 prayer and get 80 magic 70def

use ahrim, inf boots, arcane stream, flames of zamorak charged with zammy cape and entangle to freeze people.

you can hit 30s base hit with flames of zammy charged, which is the same base hit as barrage...

Or you can get 85 magic and teleblock people while doing that.
