hey. basically I have a pure and I want to do the basic quests before I start training. I already have an accumulator. I dont want to get addy gloves yet, so that is why you wont see the subquests for RFD on here. However if a RFD prequest or subquest gives attack xp, please tell me so I can add that to list. And also, if you think I am missing some quests on my list, don't hesitate to post and suggest

You should add Waterfall Quest, gives 12.175k xp to attack and strength. I will do some of these quests tomorrow, let me quickly get prices:
