Scammed by Rs2sell and Hamjam

Bottom line;
I ordered 450$ worth from rs2sell, after i purchased 300m from ham last week, this was for my client again.
He kept saying 5 hours, i asked ham to do my order he said okay.
20hours later, i come back, pass is changed, I had to recover, and now ive got 350m, what i started with, of shitty, crashing junk! I have their ip, so i can report them to whatever authorities needed.
I WILL LET ANY STAFF COME ON MY TEAMVIEWER, OR CHECK MY RS ACCOUNT AND ILL SHOW THEM EVERY BIT OF INFORMATION NEEDED.

HAMJAMK ALSO KNOWS, I GAVE HIM THE PASS/USER, AND IT TO RS2SELL, AND I HAD 350M START EXACTLY.


I bought 300m of Ham before last week. All went smooth delivered.

I had 350m start money, after problems ham can verify, 20hours later, this is what im left with then i come on.

Oh yes, i also had a CHANGED PASSWORD. I had to recover it.



Proof when i login, i have 350ms worth, i should be on 650ms worth. I also have now unsellable junk crashing thanks to them chinks.

Edit : I GOT LEIS ip, so can any staff tell me where i can report them like, police wise. Took pics of their thread, selling a false garuentee. Now i've lost my 300m gold for a client i purchased of Ham.

1. Prove we changed pass, we never do.

2. Obviously interrupting us half way through an order is going to leave your account with junk. (As we use the Ge Junk method)

3. Recovering your own account doesn't mean that the password is changed, you can do that anyways and Jagex will send you an email.

5. You have now chargebacked on Rs2sell on PayPal within 24 hours of ordering from us.

6. From what I can see is, you chargebacked on us and to cover it up you recovered your own account to make it look like we changed the password.

7. You wanted this done in 15 hours, all my times are approximations, it doesn't necessarily mean that if it isn't done in that time you can chargeback on us or attempt to refund. Orders get delayed, deal with it.

8. Chat logs are not valid proof.


Summed up from my perspective; you chargedback on Rs2sell to cover it up you changed your own password to make it look like we stole your account. The junk left on your account is part of our xfer method, if you were to let us complete the transfer you'd have cash rather then items... but no you decided to jump the gun without asking me if you could access the account.

It's like asking a baker to make you a cake, but half way through you take the cake from him, what do you expect? A full cake or just it's base.

I paid him.
6hours later order was not done.
I told you, showed you pics, and you put it down for me.
MY account had been logged on, for 14hours straight, not at GE.
17hours later, I wake up, passwords changed.
I recovered it back, to find 350m in junk, unsellable shit.

Your quite pathetic as I've bought 300m from you before no problems. All you keep saying is prove it. Quite frankly, if chat logs cant prove it. I cant, but you need to be true to yourself and stop covering up tracks.

I chargedback at 10.05, that was 20minutes after i recovered the account. I was speaking to King tijn the whole way through this.

I then contacted Playerauctions, they're going to lock you temp.

I've also got Leis ip. I will report him to the correct authoroties.

On point 6, your saying, I changed the account pass to cover up on myself, are you fucking stupid? If i was to chargeback, I'd of waited until you did my order.

Don't deny, Lei told me 5hours. We had a 2 hour convo about this yesterday and you know it.

Burnley can also vouch as I was waiting to buy a fucking phat, and I told him 5 hours.

You seem defensive looking for possibility of me making up shit.

I want this solved. And I don't want this staff being treated any different.

 

Yes you ordered 300m from me before, but that took about 3-5 days to do from what I remember, not 5 hours... I don't know where you're getting these times from. Show me a screenshot where you were quoted 5 hours? I don't mean chat logs.

Either way, if you were quoted 5 hours or not, times are estimates. It doesn't mean if it isn't done in X hours that you have the right to chargeback on anyone. What makes it worse is that you didn't even ask me before doing so.

Orders get delayed all the time, not only in RSGP services but in skilling services and many more. If you'd of talked to me before chargebacking and what not, we could have sorted this out properly.

 

Hamjamk your really quite pathetic. I think Lei just proved your point wrong. I didn't chargeback because it wasn't done in X hours. It was because my password was changed and XFER WASN'T TAKING PLACE.

Your basically saying I charged back because I didn't get it in time, get that out your thick head.

Please asnwer that, and don't just say "Prove it".

 

It's part of the process, the method they use. Regardless of whichever method they use, you shouldn't have chargebacked. You should have spoke with me first and clarified it, but no.

Also, if they'd changed your password (which they didn't) as you said they did then, also talk to me before you chargeback and take things into your own hands. It just complicates the whole process.

I don't know what you expect out of this? If you'd of spoke to me and not presumed things, life would be alot easier. We would of finished your order, but now since you've chargebacked, I don't know what you expect out of this.

 

That's not hacking his IP. It's getting him banned and IP reported to Jagex, which can easily be done. They will prevent Java drive by from running as It's abusing terms of Jagex LTD.
