    Important Notes:
    - I am the original owner.
    - It has a Fire cape and is only 12 combat.
    - it has 25m+ on it.
    - 1 Month Membership
    Would be a great skilling account, walking around only 12 cmb with a fire cape, i doubt there are many out there. i personally would leave all combat stats how they are, but then its your choice if you purchase.

    I can safely verify this account - the character has an equippable Fire Cape and only level 12 Combat. I wish you all the luck in selling it :)
