Account locked

So my account was recently locked due to someone key logging me somehow, then changing all info and me recovering this happened for a couple days before they locked it. My computer is now secure but i can't get jagex to unlock my account. I am the creator of the account i've moved around 5 times since i made the account. I emailed jagex at [email protected] or w/e and at first they answered my questions then just stared to ignore me. I've sent in 2 appeal both been denied. I have all the information I even have a memership # from 2008 yet i can't get it unlocked any suggestions?

 

I lost my account to this and I've owned it for 4 years.. tough luck, but I think its gone bro

Yeah, that's really unlucky. Just keep gathering as much information as you can to prove that it's your account and that someone hacked it. Hoepfully, you'll get a last chance appeal soon. Good luck!

 

Don't try to unlock it for a while like a week or longer, then your chances will highly improve.

 

use a proxy with a location closed to were u lived when you maid the account to send the appeal form and it will likely work

 

I've tried proxies i've even told them where i used to live yet it still stays locked. The account was caught for botting a week before it got hacked i wonder if its like some sort of extra punishment. The reset was like nothing lol a weeks worth of botting if that
