Legal Concerns - Gold farming -

Ok ladys and gents, I would like to hear, the legal concerns about opening a gold farm. Could Jagex sue me? If so under what breach - Me and a couple mates are willing to open a shop, with our accounts - selling 1-12 bil a month.

I am from Australia, So i looking into the legal aspects

(NOTE _ I will not care if i only selling 1 bil a month, however if I have an undelcared income of 12bil of rsgp a month sold. Like to know where i stand)

Well lot of people putting there money in source garden I on the other hand am going to run a more risky- form of botting more money.

Its not illegal to goldfarm, or transfer the money, its just against the game rules, and will result in a ban, or maybe even an ip ban?

 

You're breaking Jagex's terms, that's not real life law. You cannot get into legal problems from this(unless your country has specific laws to do with MMOs but that'd be crazy).
