Sorry mate but your whole IDEA is not exactly how it works around here.. JUST because the GE price or Trade value is dropping means NOTHING to sythe.. it just means that more people are pulling out of GE buy and things.. saying that though.. I have a red phat for 175$.. add me [email protected]

 

Well warmonger you forgot to say you had a transfer method for the phat, Bu be careful, jagex wouldnt implement this without having some good ways to detect it. You wouldnt like to be banned with a phat on your account. Well GL then with your trade you should do another thread and clarify all the trade details clearly.

 

Haha, I'm 99% sure they can't catch me. My method appears to be legit to anyone who would see it...let's just say that it is a set-up (what could that mean ?).

 

Ill be honest, party hats are discontinued items, I cant see their price decreasing. That just wouldn't make sense.

 

It is more of a conversion than a decrease, really. Just for the sake of explaining, let us say that a Purple Partyhat is worth 1 bil street value and 500 mil market price. If you were to convert its street price to market price in free trade (this is what merchants are trying to do now so as to determine the value after the update) you wouldn't just say 1 bil. Remember this, if you receive a few hundred mil junk, you can find ways to get rid of it for most or all of its market value. It could take a while though. Since people will probably no longer trade the hats with junk, they obviously can't expect as much cash for the deal. The basic concept is that "junk" is just cash that you need to redeem through various methods.

Has this thread turned into a Partyhat price discussion, haha? I don't really want to go on discussing this any longer. I have explained it way more than enough times and in way more than enough ways. If you want to hear what I have to say, please read my other comments.

I don't know where some of you people came up with the idea (you seem to imply it rather than just say it) that my offer is far too low. I NEVER quoted my price, but trust me it is a good deal, REGARDLESS of, but ESPECIALLY considering the current events.
