RWT Ban 2007

How long does it take for a Permanent b an to get a second chance?
And has anyone ever successfully contacted Jagex about a banned account and gotten it unbanned? (via parent support email, etc) ?

I have an account that was banned - December 3rd, 2007 on Real World Trading Major charges. I'm wondering if there's ANY possible way I can get this unbanned? Any chance?

 

I think it depends on the type of ban. Not really sure for RWT bans but if they were to give you another chance to appeal it would usually be under the offenses page.

I've tried emailing [email protected] but didn't get unbanned.

 

With RWT bans you will have to wait for a forum post to appeal it. I had a mate that did RWT and got banned in 06' and posted on the random forum post and got unbanned. Otherwise no.

i got a character unbanned through an appeal recently, in account management there's an appeal offense section.

it was originally banned for the same thing, about the same time. took about a week for them to unban. said it was hacked. good luck

 

Oh really? I've never heard of these crazy places? "Appeal offence" section? HOLY SHIT. I guess I'll have to try that!

Back to reality, I guess i'm going to try sending emails through every possible email I find that brings me to Jagex. ^.^

 

Luck depends on it too. It just has to hit a easy MOD looking at your unban request. If you fail alot in sending these reports, the fact previous MODs rejecting it can stack against it.

Best advice to anyone getting banned is, don't login for few days/months, then go back and claim you are hacked. Worked in many cases.

In your case you can say your brother traded stuff to his account without your consent

 

I prefer not to lie in appeals, as they can usually tell. Tell the truth, call jagex, and hopefully everything will work itself out. Good luck.

 

I was banned in 07 for RWT. All my appeals where denied, but in 2009 I was able to send another appeal which was accepted and my account was unbanned.
All I pretty much said in my appeal was that I learned my lesson and I'm a devoted player to the game ect.

 

hmmmm im going the forum way since most of mine have been declined. Ie a account with 99 fm 99 wc ect ect.

 

What i mean by thread is there is an occasional thread opened up by jagex that lets players appeal for themselves or for another account that they used. Most of them were RWT and macro bans don't get appealed.
