What do you thinks better for pures around levels 60 - 70, smite or low prayer?

The lower prayer is better until level 80+, but pures with 44 prayer shold just get 52 lol.

low prayer is better because smite doesn't even matter anymore.
there's no item protect prayer, the only reason to smite someone now is to be a douchebag.

Smite will matter very much soon, it will be very very useful. You can smite out your opponent's claws,gs's,whips etc.

Smite will be very useful. Seeing as the wilderness will be in every world, it does not make sense that they would let you save only 1 item. You will lose all items upon death if skulled, and will save your 3 most valuable items if not skulled.

depends on what kind of pking your going to be doing, also what your base skill is. I prefer 44 pray on my range pure, its worth the combat levels.

I preferred smites in the old days to smite the fuck out of those whips, but things may be different now.

tbh 52 pray is helpful for not using smite, your pray lasts longer too, take that into consideration

Obivously a lot of you don't know or were not good at old wild pking, YOU NEED PRAYER to survive if you're a higher level, there's going to be a ton of pjing and a ton of 1 itemers so if you actually want to get the stuff from the nooby 1 itemer such as a whipper that rushes you with dds/whip and sharks only and you want that whip then you better have smite and most likely the guy that rushes you will have a friend and you'll want to have protection from melee, I honestly think that prayer is a good idea, I've had many pures with prayer and no prayer they all have there up's and downs I would have to say level 64 and below no prayer 65 and up you're going to want it.
