Pay him back. There are too many stories of your company tricking or lying to customers.

 

This is a terrible thread! What company has a rep come here and start a discussion with a community they have scammed many many times? Really, what kind of business practice does that. Pay the man the money and gtfo of sythe.

 

i've used usfine before they are always legit

he lied about being the original creator therefore he put his own account at risk, since he couldn't recover it back which is his fault.

but its also your fault for not firstly TESTING the info you've been given by him to see if its recoverable or not, you didn't do this and just sold it to someone else.

you're both at fault.

 

I believe that trying to create one "Customer" thread for all the lost accounts, and gold not received and many other issues regarding your site is not okay to anybody. There has been numerous times where people have not had there gold received or never received payment for there accounts due to some odd reason. My answer is if he gave you the account you should pay the man, regardless.

 

my friend was scammed by usfine...
he ordered something and cancled it before they started. asked for a refund and they just keep telling him to come back every day. well after like 2 weeks of coming back and them telling him to come back the next day he quit trying.
bottom line scam once scam again

 

I think that if your going to deal with any Runescape black market, there are obviously gonna be risks. You take that risk when you buy or sell. And like what's been said before, Usfine is pretty much just a middleman for accounts. Yeah they may have slipped up with not doing the proper check on the account, but do you have any idea how much work they have every day? They are flooded with people on live chats, buying things, selling things, processing orders, checking legitimacy of banks and paypals. And on top of that there is a language barrier. I'm not poking fun at their English skills because hell, I can't speak any language besides English and I mess up with a spelling or wording here and there sometimes. I couldn't imagine how crappy I'd sound if I tried speaking Chinese, even if it was my job.
I know quite a few people who have used Usfine for gold both goldfarming and instant and have never had a single complaint. Hell if anything they tell me how awesome it is that they got 50mil or even 100mil in less time then it would have normally taken them to do it. I've even used usfine a few times for some of my other accounts before ranging from as low as 30 to as high as 135 combat. I've never had a problem. Yeah I sometimes like to go on their live chat and ask if they are almost done and their customer service isn't like going to the Ritz but they try their best for people who are trying to deal with a bunch of people at once.
Back to the subject.... I say Usfine should pay him half of what he should have gotten so that if he was actually legit, he at least gets something, and if he was a scammer, then he doesn't get all he wanted.

 

Exactly. however , if the customer charged back after we paid the account seller, we will take the lose (if it was not due to account issue). Here is a part of our Purchasing Contract:
After you sold this account to us,its your responsibility to ensure the account safety,we do not want any trouble on the account,if it get recovered after we paid you,we will definitely take legal actions to protect our right and security,and you will be in trouble.Hope you take serious business.
It is also the respond to this issue. we are trying our best to make our customers and suppliers satisfied, on the other side, please respect our terms,because it is fair and reasonable.

What? That made no sense at all. If I sold you my account, it's yours and you should take care of it. Not me.

You were at full fault for LOSING the account.
He gave you the details, and after that when you sell it , you should pay him.
It's not his fault you sold it to a bad customer.
It's 100% your fault, and he deserves his full money.

You lost money because of a bad sale, he gave you the account on good terms, and once that happened it was in your position, meaning you are at fault, and sadly at loss, and should not put him at loss because he followed your terms and gave you the account fairly.

I go to usfine after looking where to sell my recently scammed 130+ whatever right. I go there they ask me am i original owner i answer yes they offer me paypal for the account i agree wait, then they pay me the original owner recovers the account so OFCOURSE they dispute the transaction because they have been scammed, then how easy for the seller to say that usfine is scamming him

IMO. i think its pretty obvious it was a scammed account being sold because he said he was the original owner and couldnt recover it... its pretty much a 100% possibilty recovering an account that you made ( IP Address ) i dont see why everyone is making such a big deal of this making it seem like usfine are the bad people here

It's not as easy as you think when you clean recoveries and things like that.

The reason so many accounts get locked is ip differents! Yes ip. Jagex System lock accounts beacouse off hijacking .

And yes you shoold not pay anyone who even cant recorver account themself!

Because some sythe members have scammed others by the same way,and they dont even think thats not right, in a sense,they were not speaking in defence of the seller, just for themselves to avoid the sting of conscience.

After reading all the replies i was even more amazed how Usfine is dealing with things. Seriously guys?

If you pay a person for his account, its yours, and you deal with everything that comes after. Its for you to make sure you get what you pay for, and the seller is no longer responsible of the actions you take after the deal is done.

Would you seriously buy a car from someone and ask them to take care of all the repairs that comes up? Or if you buy a car, would you ask the seller to pay for your gas for next few years? I bet you wouldnt. So why on earth are you asking the account seller to be responsible for the account he sold to you, and you sold forward.

You guys owe money to the account seller, and thats it. Deal with it.
