When will Jagex take action?!?

Ok, so Jagex is kind of dissappointing me here, I made two different staker accounts from two ideas I had for builds. One performed much better than the other, and since I can't play on two of them, I decided to scrap the worse one and make it a throw-away account. Thinking about the rest of it's members credit, I figured why let it go to waste, lets just bot the shit out of it to make some money to trade to myself once free trade comes back right?

Now, I've never let a bot run this long, I expected Jagex to intervene much sooner than this, and it's getting kind of pathetic, I have posted a proggy below but this is a pic from a few hours ago, it's current progress is

My question is...............when will they notice? I mean its made over 7 and a half mil already and steadily climbing. Whoever made this bot deserved a high-five because it hasn't stopped in over two days, solved every random, and mined over 45,000 pure essence, all the while getting the mining from low 40s to low 60s, and at only 5 xp each, thats pretty damn good.

 

Usually pure ess ones get banned quickest. Also don't forget, when you trade from such accounts without no return (that is say 7 M - 0) both accounts might get banned.

As for ban detection, there isn't any. When iBot originally came out...I am one of few who stood around and reported bots in hope of pmodship Unless the bot is really bad, or someone notices you, chances are, you wont get banned.

 

who knows tbh, ive botted over 560m on my account along with 7 99's no joke. ive let my bots run for days on end if i can, im a firm believer there isnt any detection system and it has to do with the reports filed against you.

 

Yea, and I know about the wealth transfer thing, I planned on xferring with multiple well planned out stakes and wilderness kills, so Im not worried about RWT repurcussions. I have always been conservative about my botting, normally never surpassing more than 15 hours a day, so it feels rather dissappointing to abuse my rules so heavily with nothing to show for it. Not saying I want a ban or anything, just surprising that this is able to happen, if it goes for much longer without any action taken against it, Im just going to make like 10 of them, my computer can handle it and at this rate, 50mil + every two days, even if half of them get banned it will still be worth the membership fees, lol!

 

You should do LRC once you hit 80 for major money. But gratz, if I had a vps I'd do that.

 

why does everyone talk about needing a VPS for running alot of bots?

I have had 15 or more accounts all botting something on my laptop, while I surfed facebook and youtube with no lag, how does a vps help and how is it worth the costly monthly fees?

 

well i would need a vps if i run more that one, i have my cities internet so i was running 2 for 24hrs a day for awhile, they emailed me and said i was using 1% of the total bandwidth or some shit and they were going to charge me more lol.

 

You must have an amazing connection and a pretty good processor. The vps just makes it so your computer is pretty much a remote for the computers that you are running your bots on via vps.

How is this proggy 30 hours old? It's my proggy and I took this screenie like 4 hours ago......lol so its 4 hours old, still going btw!!! my new goal is a week solid!!!!!!!!! woot money!

And thanks for the VPS explanation guys, never really knew the benefits that much, and yea I guess it helps, my laptop is fairly new and designed for gaming, plus im on my own router so bandwidth sharing isn't a problem.

I already calculated it out, if my bot stays running for roughly 3 and a half months, I will be at 99 mining, with a whopping 600 million gp to show for it, give or take some cuz i just did some rough figures in my head. TBH, If i made it there, god forbid on one proggy, I would just quit, I give up, I cant be stopped and Im to dangerous to be allowed to freely roam the community, LOL.

 

Jesus what are the specs on your laptop? I'm botting two accounts on RSBot and it's taking about 90% of my CPU usage with Chrome open...

 

People banned for botting are solely based on reports. Just guess you have not been reported much as i guess your name in game might be difficult.

 

LOL, its an Asus gaming laptop, pretty decent graphix card and like 4 or 6 Gb RAM. Also, most of my bots are from autofighter, but its the same client so that shouldn't make a difference.

Not bad at all. Getting banned is all about the quality of the bot and luck, so if you have a good bot and you're lucky, then you can suicide and not get banned. Don't surprised if you log out and your account is banned in the next few days though.

but nah really, I figure if theres a ban list im already on it 7 times with this account so I figure I will just bot all the way til the update, stay logged in while I sell my several hundred thousand pure ess, then still stay logged in and xfer the money, that way after i log out, who cares what happens, LOL.

And if they don't ban it after a few days, rite back to pure ess it goes!
