Dont trust this guy too much. He is either using AFK bot or then sending some messages to riot that he hasnt received champion and then he gets free ip.

 

i also tough of that... but has you can see in the SS's if he is asking for refunds on the champoins / items, theres nothing you can buy for 7000IP on the store... about afking bot it cant be has the 7000IP were in one single something. It wast like 1 match 100 another 100... theres 7000 going straight to his account
