    Is it me or does Ice blitz NOT freeze ya opponent for 15 seconds in Bh/Pvp? I noticed it DOES work in clan wars, but not in bh. Does anyone agree? Or should i wear items increasing magic bonus?

    ice blitz freezes for 15 seconds all the time...

    I'm pretty sure it works. You are concentrating on switching/fighting, so it's not as noticeable.

    Lol now that i think of it, i remember it freezing someone ONCE for 15 seconds.

    And i used it alot..

    It does freeze for 15 seconds. If your doing a lot of switching or have slow weapons it may feel shorter but it will freeze for 15 seconds.

    If someone has protect from magic prayer on it will only freeze them for 7.5 sec.
    That's something not alot of people know.
