Questions for staff section

Doesn't that happen already with pm's? Maybe a sticky with commonly asked questions would be usefull

 

This greatly depends on what the users end up using such a section for. Two sections, one public, and one private (subsection of public one) could be used. Stuff that can be made public to help people could be moved while other material such as a complex scam report a user does not want the world seeing could be left in the private section. It would allow for user-staff collaboration on things. What is left to be determined which is why a trial could be helpful.

 

Love the idea this would be more effective than the sticky and it would allow the staff to move helpfull topics into public view. As for the helpfull question are you referring to why this suggestion would be helpfull in general or just if a trial of the section is necessary?

 

It may be a great idea or it may flop. Thats why a trial would help.

 

This would probably only work if the public was educated on the new section and if they understood that all questions should be asked via this section. I'm all for a trial just keep in mind that the longer its their the more people will get used to the new way of asking questions.

I like the idea. As SuF said, a trial of this would be great and also would be very helpful to me, and I'm sure to others.
