Best p2p alch item>?

Just got 55 mage, and looking for a good itme to alch. I would wana breka as close to even as possible..any ideas?

David pretty much sums it up, but a popular item to alch would be yew or magic longbows. Those are always being produced, so they aren't too hard to get.

 

I usually alch rune arrows but have stopped now, they give a 1gp/xp rate and you can buy 10k every 4 hours. I stopped because on laggy worlds I would always equip them and my bot would crash.
