How do I recover a account

Long story short..a account that I bought 7 months back was recovered by someone else about 1 month ago >_< I recovered the acc back yesterday using membership information/transaction ID, old passwords and account creation details, but the person hacked it back and changed the pass on it now whenever i try to recover it back it wont let me i have tried 9 times now....the account is still registered to my email...so does anyone know why its doing that?? he changed the recovery questions so i cant answer them

 

same situation as me the dude hacked my password/ recovs back and impossible to get it back.
Do you realise, even though u change recovs and etc always seller can get it back instantly =____=............ gg

im screwed. and never buying accounts again cos same logic always ==_== cos you keep them for couple weeks or months once you add membership+ items
the seller recovers back and runs away hurray =_===

Its weird to me tho because like I said I actually recovered the account but he recovered it back and now whenever I try to recover again using the same information I put in the same type it denies me....if it went trough 1 time I dont see why I cant do it a 2nd time

 

Do you still have the screenies and stuff? Report him. thats #1. And its cause they base off IP address. the seller always has original acc creation address. SO they'll side with him.

 

I logged on my acc fine last night 12 hrs ago, as soon as I woke up i tried to log in acc details changed, pw gone, recovery gone ~_~
when i tried to recover the questions were all different
they were set as like
Question 1 2 3 4 5 , when mine were like
whos your best friend and etc??


and i cant do anything about it =_= i just have to deal with it. anywyas jagex cant do anything about it also because virutal currency trade is aditionally illegal and yeah. Jagex always believes the first owner no matter what ;(


i learnt my lesson, never purchasing an account ever again ~_~

 

No I idnt buy it on sythe a friend sold it to me but before him the account had been trough like 2 other people so yea....basically either the original owner or one of the other 2 guys that had it before came back to play...

 

Most likely the original owner. Never buy accounts, that's a life lesson. I've only ever bought 1 and its been a week, so far no problems.

Some dude tried to scam me for my wow acc.
he disputed and got his money back.
luckily i got my wow back but he fuked it up , spent my gold and touched my items

 

I would never buy an account, only if it was from someone who was extremely trusted and had a whole shop set up. It's hard because there's a forum post set up on the RS forums that's dedicated to finding the original owner, so if worst comes to worst the other player can easily get the account back.

Take it back, I bought 1 account but I sold awhile back, don't know what has happened to it thus far.
