You dont have any proof that what "Soul Kim" said is even true.

And If that is true then Soul Kim needs to re0fund the account to you, then you need to re-fund the account back to the orginal owner. I understand that the info doesnt work, but you could atleast try asking soul kim for the current password.

 

You still don't understand situation now? The account can be identified it's not safe. the original holder will recover it as he got hacked. why do we still need to help a scammer to get account back? (if you think the seller is not scammer, then he would be able to recover account back firstly, and in fact , he said he can't , because that is not his account.)
so just let the original holder whoever recover it back.

 

Just going to add a point here. Firstly staff of the site Usfine have to realise that you are dealing with a business! Even though its an internet based company you should not be debating your companys decision with a community of gamers. My parents own a company and i am training to be a legal advisor and under no circumstances would Any company discuss such issues you are having. In other terms as a company you have to abide by laws even internet based and a refund would be necessary if the account is in your procession; seeing as you were selling the account for the "so called" owner then he has the right to ask for a refund if something has gone wrong.

Sorry to all the people that think this is not essential, but i hardly post on these forums; as i know what people are like on here. However this matter is just plain "outrageous" on a company's behalf.

First of all, I'd like to point out judging from the enormous amounts of complaints and issues posted on sythe based on your website "usfine" , I believe it is hard to trust you guys, As mentioned before by people in the thread you guys have a terrible reputation as a gold/virtual currency seling business and most of all you guys should work on your customer service because it is one of the worst i've seen by far in comparison to other website , well actually it is better then rs2bank.. I undestand you guys don't come from a english speaking country and you guys use it as your 2nd language and have difficulty communicating with us westerners. But honestly please work on your customer service, it is absolutely terrible and you guys respond to late ==. Second of all your website shouldn't be asking us for support you guys should be able to solve disputes like this yourself as a business you should be able to respond and react to customer issues and disputes easily . Your customer service aditionally shouldn't be threatening to sue the dude ==, you guys should be negotiating on a fair basis and solve the issue calmy to avoid it arising into larger issues.



Lastly, I seem biased but yes you guys dont seem trustworthy to deal business with. sorry

how would you like it if you sold a car, but was told you were not ganna recieve the money until the car was re-sold, you agreed, the car was resold, then the new owner of the car turned around, cancilled the cheque and burned the car, the middle man then turns around to you and says " sorry the cheque was cancilled, im not paying". how would that make you feel?

Damn you guys are so friggen dumb. Communicating with you on orders is near impossible and getting this resolved is extremley hard. I remember i bought 20 RAPID dragon hatchets, you gold farmed 1 and claimed my order was complete? After about 2 hours of messing about talking to lilly it was solved. Then you carried on "gold farming" the cash when it was "rapid". You're so dumb it's unreal and you try and rip off your customers. After the other threads I've seen of you guys where you tried to change a guys wow gold from 600m to 400m because it benefited you more I don't think I'll be buying from you again. You also seem to be unable to not train defence whilst going for a fire cape and when we buy gold farming I've seen countless threads of where you trained defence on someones zerker or pure and completley wrecked it. It's about time you guys clear up your act and start respecting your customers otherwise you're just going to loose a lot of business.

Don't pay him. Why should he be rewarded for something he did wrong?

He is as bad as the other scammers on this site.

 

To be perfectly honest I say yes you should pay him, just because he cannot recover the account doesnt mean that he should recover it and then RE-SELL it to you, I mean really... He trusted you enough to sell the account to you and then boom now he lost account and doesnt get paid...

BUT

On other terms, I say NO you shouldnt pay him back, if all the information he gave you was fake then that means the account prolly wasnt his at all, and it could have possibly been a hacked account and trying to make a quick few bucks from it... But then again there is really no way in telling... and (im not saying he hacked the account or that he is a scammer of any type, this is just speaking in general... My feelings towards this are in the first part of this post)

 

I ordered Gold farming from you guys awhile ago. Everything was going as expected. I saw the pics, I was satisfied. When I logged onto my account however I saw NO GOLD and practically EVERYTHING of value was gone. Very disrespectful, even if you don't like them there is no reason to call people 'monkey slaves working in china'. Pretty sad.. - and no i'm not chinese.

On topic however, i don't think they should be responsible for the simple reason of how this works.

Mass acc trader: Ok so they buy and sell alot of accounts and its pretty obvious there will be scams attempted on one or both sides. So if the seller tries to sell an account that the info to recover he provided does not recover the account, then that means he lied on the details or whoever he bought the account from did not provide him with the correct details. If you're willing to risk an account that you're not sure you can recover then its your fault. I know it sounds harsh but most of us have gotten scammed before and im sure we can all agree then it just opens our eyes to how we should do shit differently. I have gotten scammed before - not only on sythe but elsewhere as well, like gold4rs for example - i just decided to cut my losses an move on.

 

Few points to make -

1; Your argument about how 45% of accounts get locked if you try to recovery test them, so what? do the test, if they get locked and the info the seller provided can't unlock them you know what that means? they're trying to scam you, which means your customers are likely to lose their accounts somewhere down the line. Your company cutting corners is probably why so many people accuse you of scamming.

2; This post is doing nothing fory our Public relations or image, You've asked a question that ultimately is meaningless because you have no intentions of giving the person his money, and honestly the way you come across looks pretty immature, possibly the language barrier making you word sentences differently, if it is im sorry but doesen't look like it in all fairness.

3; Give him his money back IF you are going to re-sell the account, if not and you are able to recover the account then give him the current password etc. If he can't recover the account then in all fairness he shouldn't be selling it its a risk not worth taking and hopefully he'l learn from it.

 

This is why You should Pay Rawrasaurus he $70 that you owe him.

From the infomation I have gatherd Rawrasaurus sold hes account to you for a set price of $70, it was arranged and all went well and he was asked to wait the 14 days so you could "Remove Recoverys/Email/Bank Pin" for the buyer. In this 14 days you should have tested the info and made sure that all the info Rawrasaurus gave you was correct, If the info was incorrect then you refund the account back to Rawrasaurus so he can supply the info that is needed. In the 14 days you done nothing to attenpt to secure the account but you still went and sold the account. Now that the account is in another buyers hand this completly disregards Rawrasaurus from anything enless he can be prooven that he recoverd the account at a latter date. Soul has "Chraged" hes paypal money and that has nothing to do with Rawrasaurus at this point and is somthing that you Soul and PayPal needs to work out. Rawrasaurus waited the 14 days he was asked to and has come to collect hes money, you claim that the money was charged back with no proof of this. The account now does not belong to Rawrasaurus, as he sold it to you. You then went and sold the account to another customer.

 

If he can't recover the account back - why did he try to sell the account saying the info he gave along with the account is valid?

Logically, usfine just help you resell the account while taking a middleman fee so if the buyer recovers the money - you obviously wont get any and will have to recover the account.

Considering the high amount of scamming on account trades, I don't really think Usfine could do their business any differently.

shortly: if he can't recover his acc back, he is a scammer who didnt give valid recovery info in the first place and doesn't deserve to get paid.
