The only requirements is that the account has good pray and a decent amount of cash with a decent amount of quests done.

But only have 77 Prayer.

The account entire bank worth is about 200M. So if you really want high prayer, you could sell the entire bank and use the money to train prayer.

The account also have 75 construct with a house that have Gilded altar.
