Hey, I'm doing a sample survey on how technology affects the productivity of people. It's preferable to have a large sample size, so it'd be great if you could all answer.

It'd be easier on me if you downloaded the document, filled it in, and sent it to my email ([email protected]). I did leave the survey below though.

Are #4 and #9 the same question?

They seem very similar.

 

Do you really need both of these questions? I mean, if you aren't using technology productively, isn't it assumed you are doing it for entertainment?

Also, shouldn't these questions have a 0% choice? It's possible..
