Kill stuff in Misthalin or Asgarnia (Varrock, Falador, Camelot, or Ardougne).

 

I cannoned guards in Falador to get my cakes, if that helps.

I just have a hint of a guess Jagex will make this item there next 'rare', see'ing as how it's there 10'th anniversary and all.

 

And we'll wait 10 more years for them to be worth anything.

They're really useless, the emote isn't impressive at all for a 10-year-anniversary item. :\

 

There's no way Jagex will ever make another rare lol, people would go apeshit.

 

I'm actually quite glad I saw this -- as I have every non-tradeable holiday item since Halloween 2005 so far, and would hate to have missed some. I stopped after the first cake, didn't know there were multiple.

Ahh, I see what you did. Some are just cake, some have candles, and some have lit candles -- which is the "finished product".
